Featuring cacao from Cacao Bisiesto, Nicaragua. Deeply chocolatey, with notes of black coffee. Cacao Bisiesto is a boutique cacao producer in La Dalia, Nicaragua. They expertly ferment cacao from independent, local farms.
Featuring cacao from Zorzal Cacao, Dominican Republic. Deep chocolate brownie flavor, with hints of spices like cinnamon & vanilla. Zorzal Cacao, a 1,019-acre bird sanctuary, produces the world’s first Smithsonian Bird Friendly™ certified cacao.
Featuring cacao from Semuliki Forest, Uganda.Notes of chocolate cake, fig and coconut. Semuliki Forest cacao comes via Latitude Trading Co, a social enterprise dedicated to a sustainable supply chain that improves the lives of cacao farmers.
Our barrel aging process imparts flavors of oak, vanilla and smoke into a mild dark chocolate. Smoked salt enhances the experience. Aged with oak barrel from Two Trees Distilling, makers of fine spirits, aged sustainably, in Asheville, North Carolina.
Dark chocolate with crunchy bits of flake salt embedded within. Our friends at Bulls Bay Saltworks collect water from South Carolina’s protected Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge. This pristine site produces a unique salt with natural purity and a distinctive flavor.
The bright fruit flavor of the scorpion pepper is perfectly paired with cacao, followed by a crescendo of heat. Featuring scorpion peppers from local grower and pepper enthusiast, Bobby of Jah Works Farm in Asheville.
